Job Overview:

Vigilant North LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Flex Agent to join our team in Rochester, MN. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing armed protective agent services to support executive teams and special projects such as surveillance and counter-surveillance assignments. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and physical fitness.

Responsibilities:

- Salary Range: $40-$45 per hour

- Provide armed executive protection services to high-profile individuals

- Provide direct support to executive protection teams

- Conduct surveillance and counter-surveillance

- Escort clients to and from various locations

- Monitor surroundings for potential security threats

- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years Military and/or LEO (Sworn officers with arrest powers) experience. Preferred: Combat Arms MOS, SOF, PSD & similar protective operations; LE tactical unit training & protective detail training/experience. Surveillance, Counter-surveillance training/experience, EP detail experience.

- Must have a valid MN Permit to Carry(CCP)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

- Physically fit

- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed

- Must have and maintain a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license for local assignments

Applicants will undergo a criminal background check and fingerprinting as part of the compliance process to work under a licensed Protective Agent Services provider, as mandated by the Minnesota Board of Private Detective and Protective Agent Services (Minnesota Statutes §326.336, Subd. 3). Applicants will complete MN Pre-Assignment Training. Applicants will complete firearms training as mandated by the Minnesota Board of Private Detective and Protective Agent Services.
