Position Overview

The LDM Group LLC is seeking a high-impact, revenue-driven Interim President to lead the organization through a 30–90 day performance-based trial engagement. This role is structured to evaluate strategic fit, cultural alignment, and—most critically—immediate revenue generation capability for potential longer-term leadership consideration.

This is not a ramp-up role.

The selected candidate must leverage their existing government and industry relationships from day one to drive new contract awards, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. Demonstrated ability to monetize relationships quickly and independently is essential. Access to The LDM Group’s internal network will follow demonstrated performance and alignment.

Success in this role will be measured by measurable contract awards, qualified pipeline acceleration, and strategic positioning that directly contributes to company revenue. The Interim President must effectively “pay for their seat at the table” through tangible business results during the trial period.

Key Performance Expectations (KPIs)

Secure new contract awards and/or create a highly qualified pipeline with near-term award probability within 60–90 days.
Activate and leverage personal relationships with government decision-makers and industry partners to generate immediate opportunity flow.
Establish teaming agreements and strategic alliances that position The LDM Group for competitive advantage.
Drive measurable revenue impact sufficient to justify long-term executive leadership consideration.
Demonstrate executive leadership that aligns strategy, operations, and growth.

Core Responsibilities

Provide decisive executive leadership to align corporate strategy with revenue acceleration.
Own enterprise-level growth strategy, capture planning, and strategic market positioning.
Lead high-level engagement with federal agency decision-makers and industry executives.
Identify and pursue sole-source, set-aside, and strategic procurement opportunities.
Oversee operational performance, financial health, and P&L accountability.
Strengthen organizational structure to support scalable growth.
Guide senior leadership to ensure delivery excellence and operational discipline.
Represent the company externally at industry events, executive briefings, and strategic forums.

Required Qualifications

Proven executive-level experience in government contracting or federal services.
Demonstrated track record of securing federal contract awards through established relationships.
Strong existing network of federal decision-makers and industry partners.
Documented success in business development, capture strategy, and revenue growth.
P&L management experience with the ability to drive profitability.
Strategic thinker with operational execution capability.
Ability to produce measurable results within a compressed timeframe.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading small to mid-sized federal contractors through growth phases.
Familiarity with federal procurement vehicles, GWACs, IDIQs, and strategic teaming structures.
Background in Human Capital, IT, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, or Professional Services sectors.

Engagement Structure

Up to 90 day performance-based trial engagement.
Continuation into a permanent President role contingent upon achievement of defined revenue and strategic KPIs.
Compensation structure may include performance-based incentives aligned to contract wins and revenue generation.

Engagement Structure & Compensation Model

This role is structured as a performance-based executive engagement designed to align leadership compensation directly with measurable enterprise growth.

The Interim President will begin under a modest monthly executive retainer during the 30–90 day evaluation period.
The modest retainer of $3,500.00 is intended to support strategic engagement while the executive activates and monetizes their existing network.
The expectation is that the executive will generate sufficient new revenue, contract awards, or near-term pipeline to substantiate transition into a competitive full-time presidential compensation package.

Compensation Progression

Phase 1 (up to 90 Days): Retainer + performance-based incentive structure tied to secured awards, executed teaming agreements, or qualified revenue pipeline.
Phase 2 (Upon KPI Achievement): Transition to competitive executive salary + performance bonus incentives aligned with revenue growth, margin expansion, and enterprise valuation.

The Interim President must demonstrate the ability to “pay for their seat at the table” by producing measurable financial impact that supports expanded executive compensation.
