What You’ll Do:

Participate in a structured training program covering sales, customer service, and daily operations.
Learn to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
Assist with training and coaching new team members.
Support day-to-day business operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer relations.
Develop strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Work closely with management to understand business strategies and growth initiatives.

Previous sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus but not required
