A UHNW family is seeking an experienced, hands-on Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of a distinguished private household.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role — not a supervisor desk role. The right candidate leads by example, works alongside the team, and takes genuine pride in personally upholding the standard of the home.

Responsibilities:

Manage vendors, projects, and household staff across Housekeeping, Culinary, IT/AV, Security, and Landscaping
Organize and actively participate in dinner parties, private gatherings, and special events
Travel occasionally to other properties within the Los Angeles area and domestically as needed
Maintain SOPs, inventory, procurement, and the household manual
Coordinate pet care, vehicle fleet, and personal errands with discretion
Conduct daily property walkthroughs and address issues proactively

Qualifications:

3+ years as an Estate Manager, Assistant Estate Manager, or House Manager (required)

Required Skills:

A true hands-on leader with refined hospitality instincts
Exceptional discretion and professionalism
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Comfortable with tools like Monday.com, Lutron, Sonos, and Hydrawise

Preferred Skills:

Only candidates with verifiable experience supporting UHNW individuals in a private service role will be considered.

Pay range and compensation package:

Monday–Friday, with flexibility on weekends | ~45–50 hrs/week | Comprehensive benefits
