Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales supervision or store management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage sales teams
Experience overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS systems
Ability to train, coach, and develop team members on products and sales techniques
Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and stock control
Strong organizational and administrative skills (payroll, scheduling, reporting)
Ability to analyze sales metrics and prepare performance reports
Excellent communication and customer service skills
English required (Bilingual or multilingual is a plus)
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
