Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief of Staff role based in Los Angeles, CA. The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the leadership team, ensuring alignment and execution of key priorities. Core responsibilities include streamlining day-to-day operations, managing complex schedules, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The role also involves overseeing special projects, fostering organizational efficiency, and supporting decision-making through research and analysis.

Qualifications

Strategic leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in administrative functions, including calendar management and scheduling
Ability to build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration across teams
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Experience in managing and executing special projects
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for task management, scheduling, and communication
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
Prior experience in a Chief of Staff or similar operational leadership role is a plus
