Upland Workshop is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Managing Partner and office in New York. Candidates must have prior EA experience and be able to manage a busy calendar, travel, and receipts.

The candidate will be providing administrative support to our leadership, including scheduling of meetings, arranging domestic and international travel and receipt management. Candidates must be highly organized and keep files and lists up to date including DL, passports, mileage accounts. Office management for the New York office will be part of the job.

Qualifications and Experience: 

5 + years experience as an Executive Assistant to C suite
Experience with busy and often-changing schedules
Organize domestic and international travel and keep a file of travel documents
Work well under pressure
Manage ordering of office supplies and snacks
Ensure office is prepared for visiting clients and guests and make associated arrangements to seamlessly receive visitors
Support with logistics and paperwork surrounding events, holiday giving, swag distribution
