Retail Store Leader (Reno, NV)

Adam & Eve is looking for a strong, hands-on retail leader to take ownership of our Reno location.

This is not a sit-in-the-office management role. We’re looking for someone who leads from the floor, drives sales, holds a team accountable, and creates an exceptional customer experience every day.

Adam & Eve is an upscale lingerie and novelty boutique for women, men, and couples. We pride ourselves on professionalism, strong customer service, and maintaining high standards in every area of the business.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and motivate a retail team
Drive sales performance and customer engagement
Hold employees accountable to expectations and standards
Manage scheduling, deposits, inventory, and daily operations
Maintain a clean, organized, fully merchandised store
Train and develop employees through hands-on leadership
Protect company assets and enforce policies consistently
Create a positive, professional, high-energy environment

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Someone who is organized, proactive, and dependable
A leader who addresses problems directly and follows through
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

Schedule

Full-time position (40+ hours/week)
3-4 nights per week are closing shifts

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
