We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Store Manager to lead our growing luxury fashion boutique. This leadership role is ideal for a high-performing retail professional who is passionate about luxury sales, clienteling, team development, and operational excellence.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the boutique by driving sales performance, cultivating lasting client relationships, developing top retail talent, and delivering an elevated luxury shopping experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in luxury retail management, commission-based sales, clienteling, and leading high-performing teams to exceed business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of boutique operations while driving sales performance, revenue growth, and achievement of store KPIs.
Develop and execute sales strategies focused on client acquisition, client retention, and business growth.
Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of luxury sales professionals to consistently exceed individual and store sales goals.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional client service through hands-on leadership.
Deliver and model an elevated luxury shopping experience through personalized styling, relationship-building, and clienteling.
Drive CRM initiatives, appointment selling, outreach campaigns, and repeat business to maximize customer lifetime value.
Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and business metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans that improve performance.
Ensure the boutique consistently maintains luxury visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
Oversee inventory management, stock organization, loss prevention, scheduling, payroll, and operational compliance.
Partner with corporate leadership to execute company initiatives, communicate business needs, and continuously improve store performance.
Lead by example on the sales floor, actively contributing to sales while coaching the team in real time.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Store Manager, Boutique Manager, Luxury Retail Manager, or similar retail leadership role.
Luxury retail experience in designer apparel, fashion, accessories, jewelry, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success leading commission-driven sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue goals and key performance indicators.
Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing retail teams.
Strong experience with clienteling, CRM platforms, appointment selling, and relationship-based sales strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for luxury fashion, styling, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment while balancing sales leadership and operational responsibilities.
