We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our business growth in the European and American markets. This role will be responsible for regional strategy, P&L management, key account development, and cross-functional collaboration to expand our presence in the display and semiconductor industry. 我们正在寻找一位资深管理者，负责推动欧美市场的业务增长。该职位将承担区域战略规划、损益管理、大客户开发及跨部门协同等职责，助力公司在显示与半导体行业拓展全球影响力。

主要职责

Lead strategic planning and business development for the欧美 region; develop and execute growth plans with full P&L accountability. 负责欧美市场战略规划与业务拓展，制定并执行业务增长计划，对区域损益（P&L）负全责。
Drive commercial negotiations with top-tier clients and strategic projects; oversee the full lifecycle from technical alignment and certification to contract signing and delivery. 主导头部客户及战略项目的商务谈判，统筹技术对接、认证、合同签署及交付的全生命周期管理。
Establish payment collection and risk control mechanisms; manage accounts receivable to ensure healthy cash flow and business stability. 建立健全回款与风控机制，统筹应收账款管理，保障现金流健康与业务稳健运行。
Develop and execute brand promotion and market entry strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation in the欧美 market. 制定并推动品牌推广与市场准入策略，提升公司在欧美市场的品牌认知度与美誉度。
Manage major customer complaints and critical incidents; lead crisis response and service improvement initiatives to protect brand reputation. 统筹重大客户投诉与突发事件处理，主导危机应对与服务优化，维护品牌声誉。
Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams to track industry trends and technology developments; provide strategic insights for product planning and market positioning. 协同总部与区域团队，跟踪行业趋势与产品技术动态，为产品规划与市场布局提供战略决策支持。

任职资格

Bachelor‘s degree or above with 10+ years in the display or semiconductor industry, including at least 5 years of experience in the European or American markets. 本科及以上学历，显示或半导体行业10年以上经验，其中至少5年欧美市场从业经验。
Deep understanding of the consumer electronics industry and its supply chain business models in the欧美 region; strong regional market insight with a global perspective. 深入理解消费电子产业及欧美供应链商业模式与发展趋势，具备全球化视野与区域市场洞察力。
8+ years of experience in team and project management; proven ability to lead cross-cultural teams and drive cross-regional collaboration. 8年以上团队管理与项目管理经验，具备跨文化团队领导与跨区域协同能力。
Fluent in English as a working language for high-level negotiations and strategic presentations; proficiency in other European languages is a plus. 流利的英语商务沟通能力，能以英语作为工作语言进行高层谈判与战略汇报，掌握其他欧洲语言者优先。
