A prestigious multi-family office serving ultra-high-net-worth families, executives, and institutional clients is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join their team in a newly created role.

This is a high-impact role supporting the Founder, and qualified candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems before they arise, and take pride in keeping their executive organized and operating at their highest level.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for Founder

• Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries

• Prepare expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and reimbursements

• Coordinate client meetings, presentation materials, and follow-up communications

• Oversee daily office operations, vendor relationships, and visitor experience

• Partner with Operations and Client Services on special projects, process improvements, and firm-wide initiatives

Qualifications:

• Industry experience in one or some of the following: Financial services, wealth management, private equity, family office, or professional services (required)

• Executive Assistant experience supporting c-level, senior executives or leadership teams (required)

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing requests

• Professional, discreet, and service-oriented approach

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to anticipate needs and work independently
