Salary Range: $100K-$120K + benefits

Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Real Property Captive is a full-time based in New York, United States, with some flexibility for work from home. This role supports senior leadership through managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and editing correspondence, and organizing executive communications. The Executive Assistant will also help coordinate internal and external meetings, track follow-up items, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks. The position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
Experience with Administrative Assistance and Expense Reports, including documentation, tracking, and reconciliation.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document preparation, virtual meeting platforms).
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and exercise sound judgment.
Previous experience supporting executives or senior management, preferably in financial services, insurance, or real estate, is beneficial.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
