The purpose of this role is to bring organization and execution around that activity and work directly alongside the Founder as a trusted right hand.

This is not a traditional corporate environment or a traditional Executive Assistant role. The person hired will have significant exposure to business operations, real estate, investing, executive decision-making, and the day-to-day life of an active entrepreneur.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and high-agency Executive & Personal Operations Manager to work directly alongside the Founder & CEO of a group of operating companies and real estate investments based in Alpharetta, Georgia.

This is a unique role combining responsibilities traditionally found across an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, and Property Operations Manager.

The person in this role will become the CEO's primary organizational counterpart. Your job is not simply to manage a calendar or wait for tasks to be assigned. You will be responsible for helping keep the CEO focused, organized, prepared, and accountable while proactively ensuring business, personal, and property-related responsibilities continue moving forward.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, exercises excellent judgment, follows through relentlessly, and is comfortable taking ownership with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & CEO Organization

Own and manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.
Help establish and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly priorities.
Track commitments, deadlines, action items, and follow-ups across multiple companies and projects.
Ensure the CEO remains focused on the highest-priority initiatives.
Prepare the CEO for meetings and ensure necessary information is available beforehand.
Attend select meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up occurs.
Coordinate communication and follow-up with company executives, employees, vendors, attorneys, partners, and outside professionals.
Assist with inbox management and routine correspondence.
Maintain organized records, documents, project lists, and recurring responsibilities.
Identify tasks that can be handled without CEO involvement and proactively take ownership of them.
Help create structure around an entrepreneurial CEO operating across multiple companies and investments.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities

Coordinate personal appointments and scheduling.
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
Handle reservations, gifts, purchases, deliveries, and miscellaneous personal requests.
Run or coordinate occasional errands as necessary.
Maintain availability by phone outside normal office hours when legitimately important matters arise.
Manage purchases through a company-issued card within established guidelines.

Property & Asset Coordination

Assist with day-to-day property operations across a growing portfolio that currently includes:

Short term rentals
long term rentals
commerical realestate
personal residence

Responsibilities include:

Communicating directly with tenants.
Following up on rent and tenant-related matters.
Coordinating cleaners and short-term rental turnover.
Coordinating landscapers, pest-control companies, pool service, HVAC providers, plumbers, electricians, and other vendors.
Scheduling routine repairs and preventive maintenance.
Tracking recurring property-service schedules.
Managing vendor access to properties.
Obtaining quotes for smaller repairs and maintenance.
Following up until property issues are fully resolved.
Coordinating closely with the company's construction leader when an issue becomes a larger renovation or construction project.

Ideal Candidate

4+ years of experience in executive support, personal assistance, property operations, hospitality, family-office operations, or another highly organized coordination role preferred.
Experience supporting an entrepreneur, founder, senior executive, or high-net-worth individual is strongly preferred.
Property-management or vendor-management experience is highly valuable.
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
Extremely strong follow-through.
Comfortable taking initiative without waiting for detailed instructions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional and comfortable interacting with executives, tenants, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
Able to manage both high-level executive responsibilities and small personal tasks without viewing either as beneath the role.
Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information.
Comfortable with changing priorities.
Available by phone when urgent matters arise outside normal business hours.

Schedule

This is a fully in-person role based in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Typical hours will align closely with the CEO's schedule, generally Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with occasional after-hours availability for important matters.

Compensation

Annual salary depending on experience, plus an annual performance-based bonus.

Paid holidays and PTO are provided.
