Role Description

You will be the execution backbone of Geefah: running day‑to‑day operations, building scalable systems, and ensuring the company delivers on its priorities. You will also partner with the CEO to drive fundraising: using your network, leading investor outreach, and helping close the round.

The role is based in Scottsdale, AZ. On‑site, full‑time is preferred, but we’re open to remote candidates who can travel to Scottsdale occasionally.

Operations

Own daily operations across support, development coordination, product ops, and internal systems.
Build and improve core processes, workflows, and SOPs.
Set and manage operational metrics, budgets, and SLAs.
Drive cross‑functional execution on key priorities (launches, expansions, partnerships).
Manage vendors, tools, compliance, and operational risk.
Lead and develop the operations team.

Capital Formation

Partner with the CEO on fundraising strategy and target investor list.
Use your network to source and warm intros to investors, family offices, and strategic partners.
Run parts of the fundraising pipeline: outreach, meetings, follow‑ups, and closing support.
Help prepare pitch deck, data room, financial inputs, and investor updates.
Maintain an investor CRM with interactions and pipeline status.
Represent Geefah at investor meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

5+ years in operations, general management, or founder/early‑team roles at startups or high‑growth companies.
Proven track record building systems and processes in a scaling environment (tech/platforms/real estate preferred).
Experience supporting or leading fundraising, capital formation, or high‑stakes sales to sophisticated buyers.
Strong sales and relationship skills; comfortable with outbound, pitching, and closing.
Excellent analytical and communication skills; can turn strategy into clear plans and metrics.
High ownership mindset; thrives in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
Experience working closely with founders/CEOs.
Able to work full‑time, with occasional travel to Scottsdale, AZ.

Real estate, housing, or marketplace experience.
Exposure to VC, PE, or family offices.
Experience hiring and managing small, cross‑functional teams.
