Must-have: Proctor research experience, prior 6-month tenure working with Apple Black or Ultra Products, Manager experience, Human Factors Research Background.

Tasks performed:

Manage & Develop the Proctor Team — Lead, mentor, and train a team of VMS user study proctors, ensuring all team members are fully prepared and aligned on current study protocols
Uphold Data Integrity — Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of data collected across all study sessions, ensuring rigorous standards are met
Plan & Execute Research — Design, implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products
Develop & Approve Protocols — Lead the development of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals
Collect & Analyze Data — Oversee and perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results
Communicate Findings — Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders
Collaborate Cross-Functionally — Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $305,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
