Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Site Manager to lead operations at a major facility in Inwood, WV. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of 30+ security professionals and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, supervise, and support a team of 30+ security officers
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes
Ensure full coverage of all posts and maintain operational readiness
Train officers on post orders, site-specific procedures, and security protocols
Enforce compliance with company policies and client expectations
Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and ongoing development
Maintain strong communication with client representatives and leadership
Respond to incidents and ensure proper documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

Proven experience in security management or a similar leadership role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience managing schedules, payroll, and staffing logistics
Ability to train and mentor security personnel
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of security protocols, incident response, and compliance standards
Prior experience managing large teams (30+ employees preferred)
Must be qualified to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
Must meet all West Virginia state requirements to work as a security officer, including successfully passing a background check
