Duties:

Store Manager

Oversaw the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Trained and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for store employees.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Skills:

Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals.
Administrative: Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Bilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Phone etiquette: Ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously.
Payroll: Familiarity with payroll processes and systems.
Supervising: Experience in supervising and managing employees.
Retail sales: Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies.
