Position Summary

EPG Security is seeking an experienced, results-driven Office Manager to lead and oversee offfice operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing daily operations, driving business growth, developing team members, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all daily operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategic plans that support company objectives and drive office growth.
Manage financial performance, including profit and loss accountability.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees to maximize team performance and engagement.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and community partners.
Oversee operational projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Analyze workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years of management or leadership experience.
Demonstrated success in team leadership, employee development, and operational management.
Experience with strategic planning and execution.
Strong understanding of profit and loss management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Proven ability to drive business development and revenue growth.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
